When will my pottery be shipped?

If I have the piece you order available in stock I will ship it within 7 business days of your check clearing. Otherwise please keep in mind that I handcraft each piece from start to finish and this can take 3 - 6 weeks. I fill orders in the sequence in which they were placed. If the wait will be longer than 2 months I will contact you. If you need the pottery by a certain date tell me and I will let you know if it is possible.

Is my satisfaction guaranteed?

Definitely! When you buy from my website or studio gallery returns or exchanges are permissible if posted back to me within ten days of you receiving the pottery. Give me a call and let me know about the problem. Please return the pottery in the original package and insure it for the return trip. Upon receipt of the returned pottery, I will send you a replacement or return the purchase price to you, less the shipping and handling fee. Keep in mind that if I need to create a new piece to replace yours that will take some time. My goal is for you to love my pottery as much as I do, so please let me know if there are any problems and I will work to solve them. I appreciate compliments and criticisms from my customers, because both help me to improve my work.
